On January 9, 2025, Partner David Rutherford and New York Associate Cassidy Brillhart obtained a decision from New York Appellate Division, First Department, affirming the lower court’s decision granting summary judgment and dismissing the plaintiff’s claims as asserted against a non-profit agency, which provides housing and support services for persons with mental illness(es).
