LABOR LAW CASE INVOLVING CONSTRUCTION WORKER DISMISSED

On July 14, 2025, Partner David Rutherford and New York Associate Cassidy Brillhart moved to dismiss a building owner from a lawsuit pending in New York County, brought by an injured construction worker alleging labor law violations. Upon filing the motion to dismiss, the plaintiff’s attorney contacted Rutherford & Christie to concede on the dismissal.
