U.S. Court of Appeals Upholds Defense Verdict

On August 23, 2017 the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed a defense verdict obtained by Partner David Rutherford in federal court in White plains in 2016. The case involved a nine year old boy who alleged that he had been sexually abused on repeated occasions at a daycare center.
