Biography

Dominic Whitney is an Attorney in Rutherford & Christie’s Atlanta office.

Dominic graduated from Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Following graduation, he worked in the transportation and logistics industry for four years where he gained valuable insights into the world of trucking. Dominic later graduated Cum Laude from the Georgia State University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. As a law student, Dominic was a member of the Business and Law Society and spent two years as a Law Clerk with Rutherford Christie’s Atlanta office.

Dominic’s practice focuses on litigation, including auto and trucking liability defense and premises liability and security claims.
