Biography

Quinton R. Beasley is an associate with Rutherford & Christie, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. He practices civil defense litigation focusing on the defense of national corporations in death and catastrophic injury litigation, dram shop claims, and automobile/trucking litigation.

Quinton received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. He is able to utilize his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Georgia in evaluating the needs of his clients.

Quinton’s practice includes defending restaurants, trucking companies, and insurance companies against claims brought at all levels. Quinton has been successful in defending cases pre-trial through strategic motions practices.

Quinton is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Georgia, including the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is also licensed to practice at the state and federal level in Minnesota.
