
Miranda C. Princi
Biography
Miranda Princi is a Litigation Associate in Rutherford & Christie’s New York office. Prior to joining Rutherford & Christie, she practiced white-collar criminal defense, second-seating a federal wire and bank fraud case in the Southern District of New York, and represented broker-dealers, placement agents, and investment advisors while prosecuting and defending complex securities litigation. Miranda began her litigation career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled all aspects of criminal prosecution of misdemeanor cases and gained considerable trial experience.
Miranda received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where she attended on a Dean’s Scholarship and participated in the Prosecution Clinic. She earned her undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College, where she majored in Government & Legal Studies and Film Studies, and was a member of the college’s oldest improvisational comedy troupe.
