Biography
Michael Stuart is a Litigation Associate Attorney in Rutherford & Christie’s New York office. Michael earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2024. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, where he studied International Finance and Marketing.
During law school, he served as Executive Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review, further developing his analytical and editorial skills. Michael also worked at an immigration law firm where he gained valuable experience in client advocacy across diverse cultural contexts. Additionally, he served as a research assistant specializing in legal writing and analysis.
He is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and is currently pending admission in New York.
