Alexis B. Yribarren
Biography
Alexis Yribarren is a Litigation Associate Attorney in Rutherford & Christie LLP’s New York office. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2024, where she was a Dean’s Distinguished Scholar and received honors in Securities Litigation. She also holds a Master of Laws in Comparative and International Tax Law from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from NYU.
During law school, Alexis served as Student Managing Editor of the Constitutional Commentary journal and participated in the Bankruptcy Clinic and Civil Rights Moot Court. She also gained experience through legal internships at Delta Air Lines, Cargill, and the New York Supreme Court, as well as, summer associate positions focusing on complex commercial litigation.
She is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, the U.S. Tax Court, and is currently pending admission in New York.
