Biography

Mari A. Agasarkisian is an associate at Rutherford & Christie LLP. Her practice is primarily focused in general tort litigation where she represents clients in personal injury cases involving premises liability, dram shop liability, automobile and motor carrier liability.

Prior to graduating from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law, Mari worked as a contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense at Robins AFB, Georgia, serving as the acquisition, fiscal and business operations law clerk to attorneys in the 78th Air Base Wing, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. She also interned at the Ocmulgee Public Defenders Office and appeared in court in criminal matters on behalf of indigent clients pursuant to the Third-Year Practice Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Mari litigated cases in matters involving premises liability, employee assault, negligent security, medical malpractice, assisted living center negligence, daycare negligence, police misconduct and excessive force, mass toxic torts, automobile and motor carrier liability.
