Biography

Collin J. Boris is a litigation associate at Rutherford & Christie in New York. He concentrates his practice in civil defense litigation and focuses on complex issues of professional and premises liability.

Collin received his Juris Doctor degree from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Pre-Law from Arcadia University in Glenside Pennsylvania. During his undergraduate studies, Collin spent a semester in London, England working as a parliamentary intern for M.P. Jeremy Lefroy.

Prior to joining Rutherford & Christie, Collin was an Associate Attorney at a well-regarded New York firm with his practice concentrating in civil defense litigation with a focus on complex claim and legal malpractice issues. While there, Collin represented a variety of clients within New York State, and assisted on complex coverage issues throughout the United States. Collin has also worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County New York. While there he successfully litigated numerous matters on behalf of Kings County, including a jury trial to verdict and considerable motion practice.

Collin is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
