Collin received his Juris Doctor degree from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Pre-Law from Arcadia University in Glenside Pennsylvania. During his undergraduate studies, Collin spent a semester in London, England working as a parliamentary intern for M.P. Jeremy Lefroy.
