Biography
Amy L. Morgia is an Associate Attorney in Rutherford & Christie’s Atlanta office. Prior to joining Rutherford & Christie, she worked as in-house claims counsel and practiced a boutique law firm focusing on business litigation.
Amy graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a double major in Psychology and Political Science. Following graduation, she received a scholarship to attend the University of Georgia School of Law where she earned her J.D. As a law student, she served as Executive Online Editor of the Georgia Law Review. Amy’s practice focuses on litigation, including auto and trucking liability defense and premises liability and security claims.
